Welcome to all of our prospective Kindergarten parents for the 2009-2010 school year!Beginning September 2009, School District #22 moves to an all day alternate day Kindergarten model. This page will give you all the information that you will need, as pertaining specifically to Ellison Elementary. Ellison is a unique school in that as well as English Kindergarten it houses a French Immersion kindergarten section of a total of 88 students.

BREAKING NEWS FOR SEPTEMBER 2010 KINDERGARTEN INTAKE: (JAN 2010)
Beginning September 2010 changes will be made to the Kindergarten model in School District #22.
A summary of the effect on Ellison school is as follows.
English Kindergarten moves to ALL DAY EVERY DAY.
French Kindergarten moves to Beairsto and Harwood Elementary schools (retaining alternate day model)
THERE WILL NO LONGER BE FRENCH KINDERGARTEN AT ELLISON.
