Building Collective Efficacy: What process did your school take in developing your School Growth Plan?
Our staff worked collaboratively over the course of several months to identify areas for growth. We considered several data sources, including the MDI, Student Learning Survey, assessment results, and reporting data. Our team worked in small groups to discuss the data, the trends we noticed, and created our school goals.
